EDITORIAL REVIEW POLICY

 

  • All manuscripts submitted for publication in the Indian Journal of Corporate Law & Policy shall go through a Double blinded peer review process. 
  • The selection of the manuscript for publication will depend on the reports of the Student Editors. 
  • An analysis report along with a redlined document will be provided to the author/authors in case the discrepancies are minimal and can be edited.
  • If the manuscript is rejected by any of the student editors,it will be rejected for the editorial review and if the manuscript is passed then it will be sent to the Senior Editorial Board for the Final Review Process. Processing it, only the accepted manuscripts will be published.
  • If there are alterations or changes suggested by our Board, the author(s) will be notified through the same thread of the email about it and only after the necessary and suggested changes are made, the article will be published in the Journal.
